How does Convertly connect to my store?

You connect Shopify via OAuth (read-only), GA4 via Google OAuth, and Clarity via your Project ID. Setup takes under 5 minutes. We never write to your store.

Do I need technical skills?

No. If you can set up a Shopify app, you can set up Convertly. The recommendations are written in plain English.

What if I only have Shopify — not GA4 or Clarity?

You can connect just Shopify and get recommendations. Signal confidence will be lower (one-platform signals only). We'll prompt you to add GA4 and Clarity as you go.

How is this different from Shopify Analytics?

Shopify Analytics shows you what happened — revenue, orders, conversion rate. Convertly shows you why it happened and what to do about it, by correlating Shopify with GA4's session data and Clarity's heatmaps.

Is my store data private?

Yes. We store only aggregated metrics and signals — never personal customer data. Convertly works within your existing GA4 and Clarity consent frameworks.

What is RPV and why is it better than conversion rate?

Revenue Per Visitor (RPV) = Revenue ÷ Sessions. It captures both conversion rate and average order value together. A fix that pushes CR up but collapses AOV can look like a win on CR dashboards — RPV catches this.
